Amazing chicken! Pollo Lucas does a great Rotisserie Chicken
This type of Chicken establishment is found around Mexico, where locals grab a chicken lunch. Order an entire chicken, rice and tortillas at the front. Then sit down as the food was brought out. You will first get a plate of cabbage, onions, lime and a bowl of salsa before the food arrives. Everything is on display as they cut and cook the chicken right before your eyes. They have bottled sodas and water in the cooler that you can grab while dining. Semi-self service.
